This EU Digest 2013 is a selection of 51 essays on European competition case laws from the 27 European Union member States and neighboring States. Each essay consists in a synthesis of the leading cases from 2012 and beyond. These essays are organized in two parts. Part I deals with Competition Provisions (Cartels, Dominance, Merger, State aid...) whereas Part II deals with Business Sectors (Automobile, Broadcasting, Healthcare, IT & Telecommunications, Sports...).
